monaco iced tea

Makes 1 drink
20ml / ¾oz 42 Below vodka
20ml / ¾oz South gin
20ml / ¾oz dry vermouth
30ml / 1oz candy apple syrup (see below)
60ml / 2oz sparkling grape juice
ice

Build in listed order over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with a julienne apple and lime wedge.

Makes 700ml / 23½oz (1 wine bottle) approx 23 drinks 350g / 11½oz white sugar
550ml / 18½oz water
50ml / 1¾oz golden syrup
50ml / 1¾oz maple syrup
1 apple, chopped

Add ingredients to pot and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain off solids and allow mix to cool before pouring into a sterilized bottle. Keep sealed in fridge for up to two weeks.
