This drink uses the classic taste combination of 'bitter-sweet' with the flavour of plum and cranberries. A great late night summer soother. Makes 1 drink 60ml / 2oz 42 Below vodka 60ml / 2oz Ocean Spray White Cranberry juice 3-5 dashes Angostura bitters 1 plum chopped 2 teaspoons caster sugar 1 lime wedge, to garnish ice Muddle fruit in base of cocktail shaker with sugar, then add remaining ingredients. Shake and strain into ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
